Beta service
SPLT is a beta service for recording and reviewing shared group expenses. Features, availability, and access may change while the product is being tested.
No money movement
SPLT records shared expenses and manual settlement status. SPLT does not move money, initiate transfers, process payments, hold balances, provide wallets, or connect to bank accounts. Any real payment happens outside SPLT.
Participant responsibility
Participants are responsible for entering accurate expenses, checking amounts and currencies, and agreeing with other participants before making any external payment. SPLT calculations depend on the information participants enter.
No professional advice
SPLT is not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. It is a shared record-keeping and calculation tool for informal expense splitting.
Guest links and access
Invite links and guest sessions should be shared only with intended participants. Anyone with a valid invite or guest session may be able to view event information available to that participant. Access can be revoked if a link or session is shared by mistake or appears compromised.
Acceptable use
Do not use SPLT to upload unlawful content, abuse other participants, test stolen credentials, probe the service, interfere with security controls, or enter payment card numbers, bank passwords, government identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Accounts and deletion
Where accounts are enabled, account deletion can be initiated in the app or by contacting support at ilya@irubtsov.ru. Some shared event records may be retained or anonymized so other participants' records remain accurate.
Availability and changes
SPLT may be unavailable during maintenance, deployment, beta changes, or infrastructure incidents. The service may be changed, paused, or discontinued during beta testing.
Liability
SPLT is provided for beta testing and informal expense coordination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPLT is not responsible for external payments, disputes between participants, incorrect user-entered data, or losses caused by relying on unverified records.
